Operation Keychain We're GOING NUTS over this miniature version of the Milton Bradley classic "Operation." It's not just the amazing detail and cool graphics we love... but it ACTUALLY WORKS!!! It buzzes... it lights up... it's just soooo cool. The idea is to use the tiny tweezers to remove the organs of the patient without killing him. If your hand slips, a buzzer sounds and the patient's nose lights up. (Brace yourself for a malpractice lawsuit.) (This keychains costs a bit more than some others, but the detail and technology is incredible.)
